First CD was issued to help stop the Sierra Blanca Nuclear
Dump that Governor Bush wanted to put in the water shed
area of the Rio Grande River. This would have put many
Texans and Mexicans in jeopardy, 60,000 signatures later
and a lot of Mexican T.V. coverage of our protests and it was
stopped, unfortunately Bush went on to the White House.
